Your buyer, your relationship. You offer financing alongside the purchase.
-
You take the application and give the quote.
Your buyer compares it with any lender and chooses. Ike prepares and processes the loan.
-
You stay through closing.
As you already do. Ike’s mortgage experts are standing by for any question you are not sure about.
-
You stay their mortgage person.
When rates move or they buy again, you are the one they already call. Their refinance and their next home can both start with you.
The Ike agent app opens a buyer’s application from Your buyers, shows the application review, verifies the device with an email code and confirms Authorized. The desk sends the application to the lender next.

You earned the trust. Keep it through financing.
You found them the home. You earned the relationship and the trust. You should not have to hand either to a stranger when financing begins.
Garrett Steve Co-founder, IkeBefore Ike, I built and sold two businesses serving the real estate industry: a Chicago brokerage and Crmgrow, a CRM built for agents. I was also a top 1% agent attractor at eXp Realty. I’ve spent years building businesses around agents and understanding their challenges. I know firsthand what it’s like to hand a buyer’s financing to someone who has never sold a house, then watch a stranger win the loan. That opportunity should belong to the agent. That’s why Ike exists.
The questions agents ask.
So what exactly is Ike?
Ike is building a mortgage brokerage for real estate agents. We are preparing our state license applications. You get your own mortgage loan originator license, Ike sponsors it and employs you for your mortgage work, and pays you on each loan you originate. Behind you, Ike’s technology and mortgage team take each loan to lenders, negotiate the best terms for your buyer, and run the file to closing. Lenders pay Ike at closing, and your 1% comes out of that.
Is this actually legal?
Yes. You get your own mortgage loan originator license and originate through Ike’s mortgage brokerage once it is licensed in your state. Supervision, disclosures and records are built into the operation. Your buyer always keeps the right to choose any lender.
What does it pay?
1% of the loan amount on each eligible funded loan. On a $390,000 loan that is $3,900. The final compensation structure is set in writing before your first loan funds. Examples are illustrative, not guarantees.
How much work is a loan for me?
You guide your buyer and handle the licensed moments that need your judgment. Ike’s technology and mortgage team do verification, processing, compliance and closing coordination. Your part is likely measured in minutes, not hours.
What does licensing take, and who pays for it?
Ike pays the required education, testing and licensing costs upfront and maps the path for you. The education is a 20-hour online course, with an 85% exam pass rate for agents who complete it, according to our education partner. Timing varies by state. Most agents can complete it alongside their normal business.
Do I have to leave my brokerage?
No. Ike adds a capability to the business you already have. Your brokerage and state rules still apply, and some brokers need to approve it. Ike helps you find out what yours requires.
What changes for my buyer?
They keep the person they already trust through financing, and one coordinated experience from search to close. They can still compare and choose any lender, and Ike’s rates and fees have to compete on their own.
Does every buyer have to finance through Ike?
No. The buyer always chooses. Ike is one more option you can offer when it serves them.
Where is Ike available?
Ike launches metro by metro with a limited founding cohort in each. The survey asks where you work, and we tell you when your market opens.2
Three steps, no surprises.
You gain the power to originate. Ike handles the complexity.

Why we chose the name Ike.
Ike is short for Eichler. Here is why his approach to homes inspired ours to mortgage.
50% more revenue.
One question we are asked repeatedly is how we can give 1% of loan volume to Realtors. For many, the number does not seem possible. Is it too good to be true? What is the catch?
